Jazz dancing is a form of dance that showcases a dancer's individual style and originality. Every jazz dancer interprets and executes moves and steps in their own way. This type of dance class is energetic and fun, consisting of unique moves, fancy footwork, big leaps and quick turns. To excel in jazz, dancers need a strong background in ballet as it encourages grace and balance. A fun dance style that gives the dancer the chance to improvise and use original dance steps.

During the tap class students will be listening to various sounds and rhythms and responding with the use of the taps on their shoes. This class brings adults and children (age 6+) together for a fun family workout. No need to find a babysitter. Come along with your child and exercise together. The class starts with a fun warm up, mild cardio and stretches and then goes on to learning an easy to follow routine. No dance experience necessary. A fun way to do something with your child.
This is an invitation only class when the teacher feels your child is at the correct level. Pre-pointe enables the children to strengthen all the muscles needed to be strong enough to go en pointe. In this class, various exercises are practised and repeated in order to get your child ready for advancing en pointe. Pointe technique is the part of classical ballet technique in which a ballet dancer supports all body weight on the tips of fully extended feet within pointe shoes. This is only open to students when the teacher feels they are ready.
